How We Do It?
- Each event is different, so Let’s schedule a meeting to know more about your event details.
- Contract. We signed a contract where establish my promise for your event.
- Wedding planner fee. To book the date and start to work for your event is necessary 50% in advance.
- We include the organization for rehearsal dinner, welcome party and wedding day.
- All the vendors are paid directly for the client but we assist with the payment control.
- We include the necessary staff to the wedding day (assembly, reception and disassemble).
- We schedule regular meetings with the couple.
- We work the most with local vendors Make sustainable events is important for us, ask for it!

What Do Our Services Include?
- A committed team of one senior planner and three junior planners, three of them are bilingual and with the enough experience to complement the planning team.
- One wedding guest concierge who will be in charge of your guests ,coordinating the confirmations, transportation, special rates and city recommendations.
- Bridal assistant. One assistant for the bride during the getting ready to the reception.
- Two hostess. To welcome to your guest since the ceremony until the assignment seat in the reception.
- Four planners and one assistant during the event day (assembly, ceremony, reception, disassembly).
